The Fair Housing Center of Washington is a 501 c(3) organization which exists to prevent and eliminate illegal housing discrimination, ensure equal housing opportunity, and promote inclusive communities throughout Western and Central Washington.

In 2019 we helped over 700 clients navigate their housing issues and processed over 400 allegations of housing discrimination. We negotiated on behalf of 50 clients and as a result, kept them from: being unfairly evicted, experiencing undue financial and physical burdens, becoming homeless, and giving up their rights. We also conducted more than 150 tests throughout Western Washington and provided training to more than 400 individuals. The agency has 4 full-time staff.
